SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Whimsi Wire's Shipping Policy. We offer free shipping for all orders above $50. For orders below $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be charged. We use reliable carriers such as USPS and FedEx to ensure your order is delivered on time and in good condition. We also provide package tracking information to keep you updated on the delivery status.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Whimsi Wire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@whimsiwire.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund.
